Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
No-shows will be charged the full cost of the booked service.

2. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a $20 rescheduling fee, depending on availability.

3. Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your appointment to accommodate other clients or reschedule your service entirely.
If rescheduling is required due to lateness, the full service fee will apply.

4. Refund Policy
