By booking a service or purchasing a product from Roéquite Skin Spa, you agree to our Refund Policy as outlined below. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Roéquite Skin Spa reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
Refund Policy
Services
No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a service has been performed, refunds are not available. If you are dissatisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Prepaid Packages or Memberships: Prepaid services, packages, or memberships are non-refundable. Unused portions may be transferred to another individual with prior approval.
2. Products
Eligibility for Return: Skincare products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products, as well as items purchased at a discount or as part of a sale, are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving it, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, any prepaid fees will be credited to your account for future use. Refunds are not available for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. For late rescheduling, a fee may apply (see our cancellation policy for details).
4. Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to use a service or product due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your options. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will strive to find a fair resolution.
5. Refund Process
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue a credit toward future services or products.
