Cancellation Policy
At Roéquite Skin, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to our cancellation policy: Appointment Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 15% charge of the service fee. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the full service fee will be charged. No-shows impact our ability to serve other clients. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time or reschedule. The full service fee will still apply. Emergencies: We understand that life happens! If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
